Family Projects

Making something for my family is always a iffy thing because you really never know if they like it. I mean if its my Mom I know she'll like anything I send her but thats not what I'm talking about. So my grandparents don't live close by... I could send them email or pictures via the internet but ... well... they are grandparents and not the most proficient with the computer. Well a few years back my grandmother had said ... I want pictures I can touch and hold not ones that are on the screen.... so whats a scrapbooker to do.... hmmm I wonder.

Well so I started to "scrap" letters to my grandparents. At first I did a 8x8 full album but honestly it was a ton of work... so now I just do minis. Its much quicker and much more fun. Its an odd thing b/c I really don't know if they like them or not... my mother tells me they do.. but I am never there to see them recieve it. Oh well....it isn't really about getting the praise or appreciation back for something that you did... . I mean sharing these isn't just about giving them a peak on the topic I've scrapped but also what I do... scrap.

So here's a something I did for my grandparents recently. I liked how it turned out.
